The other day I was looking in the mirror and heard this terrible sound from the front of my house. Looking at the clock on the nightstand, I realized it was my husband coming home from work. While our car is 2019, it sounds like it is from the 1910 era. It sounds like it is ready for the junkyard but in truth our car has a lot to do with our bodies. My husband sometimes puts cheap fuel in the vehicle or he puts off getting gas and gets to the scraps that are in the bottom of the tank. Both types of fuel are the cause of poor engine performance and that dang noise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now, how does this apply to the image I see in the mirror? Well, the quality of the ingredients that I put in my body can be seen in the mirror. This is true with food and\/or supplements.
